This catalog is totally organic and has a list of cover and green manure crops for improving soil.  It also has  a oat pea mix for orchards and vineyards.  They also have a large selection of fruit trees and vineyard plants.  If for no other reason then to find out what is available, I would encourage you to get this catalog.
