I have mentioned high tunnels quite extensively and usually I refer to the smaller 10 to 12 foot wide and up to 100 ft long that are about 7 ft tall. These are economical and can easily be put up and can even be constructed so they can be moved. I have read of a grower of vegetables for the restaurant trade in St Louis generating over $10,000 from one of these hoops.
There are larger hoop houses or high tunnels. The difference between a hoop house and a green house is heat and ventilation which the hoop house does without fans or furnaces. If you go to Growers Supply
