I received an excellent catalog today.  On many items are planting instructions as well as a recipe for the different items. 

They have a good selection of herbs and unusual plants.

New Catalog

We have added a new link for an online catalog from Hummert International.  They carry almost anything needed for green house and  gardening work including semi and automatic seed planting for flats, greenhouses, bulbs and bedding plants at wholesale costs.  About the only thing they do not carry is seed.  My hard copy has 688 pages of supplies and if any one would like to see it, by all means let me know.  I have already mentioned that even though it is a wholesale source, I can get many supplies from an Amish farmer at greatly reduced prices even from their catalog.

Want to follow our web site in real time, then click on subscribe above.  Every time you open your computer, you can go to the top bar and find feeds and then click on it and you will see the current posts.  Try it now and you will see this!!!

Something new! ! ! Now you can look at the 'recent comments' on the side bar and see who has made new entries.  I think this will help organize our info, but suggest you visit all the categories to see how things began..

If you have a new  subject that you feel needs its own category, then let me know.  My email will be gerald@unitygardens.info  .  We are still getting the bugs out of the site and adding info.  I will keep remaining viewers how to use the web site.  Items posted on the front page are items from all categories that have been posted.  You may see a list of these under the right hand column titled recent posts which will give you a quick reference.  For individual topics or categories, go to those titles and click to find post there on those subjects.  Comments will be listed and can be found by clicking on comments.  You will know if comments have been made if the number is other than zero beside the comment notation.  I am trying to find a way for us to know if a comment has been made with out this process.  Bear with me as I try to put a lot of info in a manner which will serve us well.

In addition, anyone with web experience is invited to sit with me so that I am not the only one who can keep all this important information.  If you would like to learn, it is very simple and one does not need to learn any code as we did some 15 years ago when I first began making web sites.  In a small amount of time I can teach you how to maintain the site and then will teach you more if you would like.  All are welcome !!!!!
